Safe Powerboat Handling (SPH) +

Safety & Rescue Boat HAndling (SRBH)

Nautical Solutions is hosting an SPH+SRBH combo course. Successful students will earn their US Powerboating Safe Powerboat Handling Certification, Florida boating license if necessary, and Safety & Rescue Boat Handling certification. Prerequisites:

  • At least 15 years old

Safe Powerboat Handling (SPH) Course - $350 value

  • The SPH course is a 16-20 hour course and 50% of that time is on-the-water instruction.  The other half is classroom instruction to meet NASBLA & state boating license education requirements. This certification will take the first 2 days of the course.

Safety & Rescue Boat Course - $350 value + 1 extra day of training!!

  • The Safety & Rescue Boat Handling (SRBH) course is an 8-14 hour hands-on, on-the-water course for individuals who use powerboats to perform safety and rescue functions; regatta personnel, sailing instructors, marine patrols, police and fire rescue personnel, and more. Many of the skills that are taught require good boat-handling skills and sailing knowledge. 

  • Prerequisite: US Powerboat's SPH (offered the days before) must be completed prior to taking the SRBH course.

Location: Marina Park Pavilion #1 at Marina Park, 501 Marina Road, Titusville Florida 32796. (parking & on-water training) - Titusville Marina (where boats are kept)
