Accelerated Safe Powerboat Handling/Safety & Rescue Boat Handling

June 23rd & 24th, 2018

Times: Saturday 10 AM - 6 PM, Sunday 9 AM - 5 PM

Your amazing yacht club has organized this power boat training course just for you! Please make sure that you thank them for placing such a high value on your safety. We at Nautical Solutions surely appreciate programs that promote and encourage on-the-water boating safety education.

This course will be a combination of the Accelerated Safe Powerboat Handling (ASPH) and Safety & Rescue Boat Handling (S&RBH) curriculums. It will include a classroom education and on-the-water training. Please come prepared to be on the water most of the weekend, rain or shine. Participants will be required to have their state boating certification prior to starting this course and take a comprehensive exam at the conclusion of the course. Students who complete the pre-course work are much more likely to pass. Passing students will receive two US Powerboating certifications for ASPH & S&RBH. If you already have a Logbook from US Sailing with other certifications, you should bring it with you.

Pre-course work:
